At Florida Parks Gift Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within our policy guidelines.
Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.
Please note that these policies apply exclusively to orders placed on wwwFloridaParksGiftShop.org and do not extend to any in-store or in-person purchases.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the online purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Returned in their original packaging with all original hangtags attached.
Items marked as Final Sale—including in-store gift cards and eGift cards—are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Return Process
U.S. Returns
All returned items are subject to inspection.
If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Customer provides return shipping and is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the online purchase date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once the return is shipped, email the carrier and tracking details to floridaparksgiftshop@gmail.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit if selected during the return process.
Refunds do not include:
- Original shipping costs
- A 10% restocking fee, which applies to all U.S. returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact floridaparksgiftshop@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery to report any manufacturing issues. Upon review and approval, we will process an exchange for the damaged item.
Damaged items are also eligible for return or exchange within the 30-day return window (from the purchase date). After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Buy 'X', Get 'Y' Policy
If your order included a 'Buy $X, Get Y Free' promotion and you decide to keep items totaling less than the required offer dollar amount ($X) after a return, please be aware of the following options:
- Return the Promotional Item (Y): If your retained items total less than $X, you should return the free promotional item (Y) to proceed with your refund.
- Maintain Offer Threshold: Alternatively, the total value of the items you keep after the return must equal or exceed the promotional dollar amount ($X) to retain the free promotional item (Y).
